It’s a sunny first day of Spring here in Bucharest and I cannot help but think about last night’s fashion show “Pornorgraphy” by Florin Dobre. They say clothes do not make the man, it’s the attitude that makes the man who wears them. I started asking myself of the importance of clothes and appearance in today’s society. After what I saw last night, I am convinced Florin Dobre is a trend setter in Bucharest and he’s got everything it takes for a high class fashion designer to be recognized worldwide.
The textures, the colors he used and the theme was audacious, extravagant, but sexy in a twisted/fetish kind of way. The atmosphere created on the runway was mysterious and the models wearing latex and fur it takes you to a world of promiscuity and enhances the imagination of women especially. The men were impeccable at this event, very well dressed, but women are the ones to critique the most. In a room filled with men and women, guess who will talk more about you at the end of the show.
The red hat and trench coat just made it perfect, after all red is the color of passion and after what I have seen last night, Florin is a man of passion, with no limits, who not only creates clothes, he creates a life style for men to be passionate and confident wearing strong colors on a daily basis.
I think the fashion show was a wake up call for men and for women to spice up their life a little and dare to wear extravagant clothes sometimes. It is good for self-esteem, but also for the loved one. It will definitely boost your imagination and it will definitely work wonders in your love life.
It was absolutely fantastic to see a show like this one.
